Exchanges and Returns

If you have received an incorrect item or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@carterandgrace.com, so we can assist you promptly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it remains unused and in its original, saleable condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount, excluding return shipping costs. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used, opened, or are not returned in their original condition.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@carterandgrace.com to request the return form and receive the correct return address.

Once your return request has been approved:

  • Print and complete the return form provided
  • Securely package the item to ensure safe transit
  • Clearly write "Returns" on the outside of the package
  • Ship your return using a tracked and insured shipping service
  • Email your tracking information to info@carterandgrace.com once the return has been shipped

Return Terms and Guidelines

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit
  • Returns must be sent using a traceable and insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns
  • The return form must be approved prior to shipping your return; unauthorized returns may not be processed

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact us
Email info@carterandgrace.com with your order number, address, and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return form and further instructions.

Step 2: Send your return
Ship the item along with the completed return form to the address provided. Please use a shipping service that includes tracking. As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring the package arrives safely.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within five business days and issued to your original payment method.

Our returns are processed at our international fulfillment center in Asia. This means your return must be shipped to an address outside the United States. Return shipping costs may reach up to $35, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
