You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at info@carterandgrace.com.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Simply send an email to info@carterandgrace.com with your name, order number, and order date. If your cancellation request is submitted outside of the 24-hour window, cancellation is only possible by returning the package once received.
