Have you found an item you love? Wonderful!
Simply select your preferred color and/or size, then click "Add to cart." You are free to continue browsing, and you can return to your shopping cart anytime by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner. Please note that adding items to your cart does not reserve them.
When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon to review your items. On the cart page, you may adjust quantities if needed. Then click "Proceed to checkout." You will be directed to the checkout page, where you can securely enter your shipping and payment details.
Please note: Once your order has been placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours. If you need to make a correction, please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@carterandgrace.com.
Shipping Costs at Carter & Grace
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees for our customers.
Tracking Your Delivery
All Carter & Grace orders include Track & Trace. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery status at any time on our website.
Please note that tracking information may take a short period to become available after dispatch.
Delivery Time
At Carter & Grace, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are typically processed the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Occasionally, customs procedures may result in minor delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Not Home at the Time of Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may hold your package at a local distribution center for up to 7 days. The courier will usually leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Because we process orders quickly, it may not always be possible to correct an address after an order has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Carter & Grace is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@carterandgrace.com within 14 days of the indicated delivery date.
Once notified, we will promptly contact the courier to initiate an investigation. The courier will review the delivery details and conduct the necessary checks. We will keep you informed and assist you throughout this process until the investigation has been completed.
